How to Obtain an Unofficial Transcript

Unofficial transcripts are intended for personal use. If you need to send your transcript to another person or organization, please .

Students and Alumni with BannerWeb accounts can view, print, and save unofficial transcripts. After logging into , click on Student Self Service. Then click on View Unofficial Transcript. You will be able to view all credit hours earned at ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ and all accepted transfer credits. To print, click on the three dots (in Chrome) or the three lines (in Firefox) in the upper-right corner and select Print from the menu (or simply press CTRL+P). To save, follow the same steps as printing, but in the dialog box that pops up, change your Destination from your printer to Save as PDF.

Important note: BannerWeb underwent a significant change in Summer 2021. Rather than using your Student ID# and PIN to log in, you will use your ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ email address and password. This means that if you are not a current student, and you do not have BannerWeb access, you will need to order an official copy through Parchment.

How to Order a Replacement Diploma

Replacement diplomas can also be purchased through Parchment. Please note that each replacement copy will cost $75. They can be picked up in person or mailed. You will also receive an electronic copy. Recreating a diploma is a manual process, so while this can be done quickly, it is not immediate. It will still take days to be processed if it is to be mailed.

If an employer is asking for a copy of your diploma, it may be better to see if they will accept a copy of your official transcript, which can be provided much more quickly (usually within minutes) and will contain information regarding your degree(s) earned and the date(s). Ordering a transcript is a much faster way to prove your credentials.

As these are recreations of a diploma, please note that the name that appears on the diploma will be the name on the transcript, unless you have provided proof of legal name change to our office. Any signatures on the diploma are likely to be the current signatures, not the names of the person who held the office at the time you graduated.
