SHREVEPORT, LA — The ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ College Muses will accept donations for the upcoming annual Book Bazaar Monday, May 9, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Book House, located in ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ Square, 108 East Kings Highway.
Volunteers will be on hand to help unload donations of gently used books, compact disks, videotapes, DVDs, records, and cassettes. Receipts will also be issued to those donors requesting them.
Two other drop-offs will take place Monday, June 13, and Monday, August 8, also from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
The annual book bazaar is sponsored by the ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ Muses with proceeds used to fund projects and programs for ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ students. This year's Bazaar will take place Friday, September 9 and Saturday, September 10 in the ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ Gold Dome.
